6. Custom Stitching & Made-to-Order Products 

Pehnava Boutique offers custom stitching, tailoring, alterations, and made-to-order garments for selected products.

While we make every effort to achieve the requested fit, individual body proportions and measurement accuracy may affect the final outcome. 

Minor fitting adjustments after delivery may occasionally be required and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical, technical, or human errors may occasionally occur.

Made-to-order, customized, bridal, and altered garments generally require additional processing time before dispatch. 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and any other information required for successful delivery. Pehnava Boutique shall not be responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. 

Risk of loss and ownership of products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
